Our therapists and counsellors work in the psychological therapy team (known as IAPT) as part of Coventry and Warwickshire Partnership NHS Trust. We cover Coventry, Warwickshire and Solihull IAPT and we work in partnership with Coventry MIND, the mental health charity. If you are registered with a GP in Coventry, Warwickshire or Solihull you can refer yourself or you can be referred by your GP or other health professional. For an initial appointment telephone:

The type of treatment you receive will be decided on basis of the assessment. Our therapists and counsellors deliver proven and effective ways to help you self-manage symptoms and deal with feelings that are preventing you from living a normal life. Most of our sessions are face-to-face but we can do telephone sessions to help fit in with your work and family life, if that helps.
